Return & Exchange Policy

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.  But in the event merchandise must be returned or exchanged, we will abide by the following policy:

All sales are final on special ordered, personalized and engraved merchandise and on jewelry that has been sized or altered.  There are no returns or exchanges made on these types of merchandise.

For all other purchases, merchandise must be presented within 14 days of purchase in its original and resaleable condition with the original sales receipt, boxes and warranties.

Due to our limited cash resources on hand, NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  Refunds on cash and check purchases will be mailed to the customer within 1-2 weeks from the date of return. Refunds on credit card purchases will be made to the credit card account used for the purchase.

If mailing your return, please be sure to insure your jewelry for the purchase price. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded by Lahana.  Lahana will not be held responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged during shipping.
